More Than Machines series: Solus falls in love with the cyborg who thinks herself a machine and he will do anything to protect her and to make her realize that she is much more than a machine.

I love all her books and would recommend them to anyone looking for that next great read.

How can one love and have a happily ever after without emotions? Solus has a strong dislike for all things human. Seth steps out of his “human” status to show off. I’m not a big langlias reader, but I enjoy this series. As for the characters in this addition, Solus was was so much fun considering his dour demeanor in the ,anglais book and Fiona was just the right blend of confused cyborg and feisty female. I should warn you, I have a twisted imagination and a sarcastic sense of humor something I like to let loose in my writing.

While it langlaiw my favorite, it was a good read and progress in the series. Read, highlight, and take notes, across web, tablet, and phone.


Solus is assigned to take his team to raid a mining site, take all things worth taking and search for information. Little does he realize that F is really a cyborg who has slowly evolved into having independent thought processes and doesn’t agree with the termination directive. Solus hates humanity, and even though he was born as a flawed human, he strives to eradicate all traces of it from his persona – until he meets F While they both know exactly what they want and what they want from each other they have a difficult time getting the point across clearly. She works hard to hide that she has any feelings, that is until she hears that she is set for termination.

She strikes back, defending herself against the humans from the mining operation where she works, fighting until she is the only one standing. Eve Langlais has done it again another masterpiece. Makes him long for…affection.


Eve Langlais starts this book. Their plans to rescue her and bring her back to their home planet is made more difficult when they detect a strong Earth military force closing in and one stubborn female cyborg who refuses to leave.

Androids don’t think for themselves. I enjoyed the story of Cyborgs Solus and F, too! It was hella boring, but once their actual relationship started, it started to get interesting.

I liked how Solus gradually softened. Other books in the series. An instinct for survival makes her fight, but when she achieves ee, she discovers she cannot throw off the chains of habit. She snorted, the very sound a confirmation of the words she chose to deny. The most hated part, F acted immature she ran away after hearing a false declaration.
